Using This Website

To use this website, you must first sign up as a register member and it is absolutely free of charge. Once you signed up, you will be given an online profile, which you can use to show the ladies who you are, and what you’re looking for. You can even post photos and/or videos of yourself onto your dating profile. Similarly, the ladies will have profiles that you can browse through at your leisure, or if you have a specific type of lady in mind you can use our search engine to pick her out of the crowd. It is easy to choose your woman, because her online profile will show information, such as, her age, command of English, where she comes from and interests. Communicating

Marriage agency woman member application process:

• In return, the woman receives free translation services and a personal marriage counsellor who works 24/7 to help her find appropriate introductions and sort out any communication and/or relationship problems. The woman also receive other matchmaking services such as listing in other marriage agencies and websites, picnics, mountain climbing, sports events, parties, meetings, etc.
• The marriage agency may charge a "Success Fee" if the woman marries a person introduced by the marriage agency.
• The women have to sign a service contract with the marriage agency.
• The marriage agency will not accept an applicant who is suspected to be dishonest.

The translator at the agency will translate your message into her native language and then contact her either by phone, SMS, email or fax. She may choose to go to the marriage agency to pick up and view your message if it is convenient for her. She then replies in her native language and the translator translate her message into English and sends it to you.

Show Interest Note

This is a free template messaging service to help you initiate contact. You can send one Show Interest Note to each of the lady free of charge to find out whether she is interested in you. If she is interested, she will reply to you favourably. This tool is ideal at the beginning.

Similar to the men, the ladies contact the men (based on their profiles) they admire using Fancy Letters. For instance, if you have received a fancy letter from a certain lady, it means she is interested in your profile and as such, you will have a good chance of getting connected with her. This is a personalised messaging system for you to send email messages and photos to your ladies. When you send a message to a lady, the message is forwarded “AS IS” directly to the lady's Quick Mail Inbox. The translator at her marriage agency will retrieve your message and once s/he has translated your message into her native language, s/he will try to contact your lady as quickly as possible by phone, SMS, email or fax. Your profile information, photo (if you have provided any in your profile) and signed IMBRA Form (if you are a US Client) will also be sent to her for her approval if this is the first time you are communicating with her. She may choose to go to the marriage agency personally to pick up and view your message if it is convenient for her. She then replies in her native language and the translator translates her message back into English and sends it to your Quick Mail Inbox.

One (1) point is automatically deducted from your account for each Quick Mail message sent and received.

We charge one (1) point for each message received (when the message arrives in your Quick Mail Inbox) because we have to pay the translator to translate your lady's message back into English. If your account do not have any points in credit, you will not be able to read the message until you purchase more points.

The marriage agencies in China work 7 days a week so, in most cases, you should receive a reply within 3 days. Please note, depending on the country you are currently residing, you must also allow for extra time due to time zone differences.

This is always a free message service we offer to our valued customers. It allows you to send one Show Interest Note to each of the ladies you like with a short message to initiate contact. There are five template messages you can choose from to express your feelings about her. If the lady is interested in your profile, she will reply to you favourably. Even if she is not interested in you, she will still reply to your Show Interest Note. After that, it is really up to you to decide whether you want to take it further. For instance, if you want to show you are really interested in her, you can write to her using the Quick Mail System

When you send a Show Interest Note to a lady, the translator will inform the lady that she has received a Show Interest Note from you, your translated message and the details of your profile. The translator will then get her reply, translate it into English and send it to you. If you have received a favourable reply from a lady you really like, you should take advantage of the situation and follow up using the Quick Mail System. Replies to Show Interest Notes are sent to your Quick Mail Inbox.

You are allowed to send 2 Show Interest Notes every 6 hours. This helps to indicate to the ladies just how special they are as you could have sent the Notes to other ladies. In the same token, this also helps us to maintain system performance and user online experience by preventing the system from being swamped by too many Show Interest Notes. If you have a lot of ladies to express your interest, you can always send them a message via the Quick Mail System. This will show you are really serious in getting to know them.

If a lady has received a lot of Show Interest Notes within a short space of time, it will be impossible for her to reply to all them within a reasonable time. Consequently, her marriage counsellor may put a stop on her from receiving more Show Interest Notes until the backlog is cleared.

The marriage counsellors at the marriage agencies are constantly scanning men profiles to find suitable men to introduce to their ladies based on their preferences. The ladies then contact those men that they fancies via fancy letters. For instance, if you have received a fancy letter from a certain lady, it means she is interested in your profile and as such, you will have a good chance of getting connected with her. It is always a free of charge for you to receive and read a lady's first fancy letter. The message is sent to your Fancy Letters inbox. It will cost you one (1) point per message if, you like what you see and reply to her using the Quick Mail System. If you are not getting any fancy letters, you must set your "Privacy Setting" correctly and preferably provide a good personal description and upload some good recent photos – a picture speaks a thousand words. In the “Block List” section, make sure no ladies have been blocked.

If you have blocked a lady, her name will be listed in this section with a "red X" beside it. To unblock a lady, simply go to her profile by clicking her name and then, click the label “Unblock This Person” underneath her photo.

In the “Go Invisible” section, uncheck the checkbox relating to “Do not show me when I am Online”.

Your status will be shown "Online" and can be seen by all the marriage counsellors and ladies if you are logged in to the website and vice versa. As such, it will encourages the marriage counsellors to introduce your profile to the ladies because they know you are genuine and still actively searching for your lady. This is a feature we have implemented to help show men members who are genuine and serious. In the same token, it will also help you to monitor the ladies in the same way. Refunding Mychinalove Points:

1. We will refund mychinalove point/s if you:

3. Received the same Quick Mail message more than once.
4. Other reasons which are acceptable to mychinalove’s management.

1. You cancelled and request for a refund of your order/s before the flowers and/or goods are despatched from the supplier warehouse/s.
